Registration
In order to use this Web site, you must first complete the registration form and create a user name and password. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address).

Your personally identifiable information may be processed by justTESTtraining in the country where it was collected, as well as other countries (including the United States) where laws regarding processing of personally identifiable information may be less stringent than the laws in your country.

justTESTtraining and its joint ventures, affiliates and other companies under a common control (collectively, "Affiliates") who have an ownership interest in justTESTtraining are the sole owners of the information collected on justTESTtraining.com. justTESTtraining collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.


Payment System
The justTESTtraining Payment Service requires clients to pay vendors for services actually performed and products delivered. Clients may pay with a credit card, wire transfer, ACH or debit card. justTESTtraining will collect your credit card number and/or other entered financial institution information such as bank account numbers and will use that information to perform the billing operation on behalf of the vendor, including but not limited to the use and disclosure of such credit card number and information to third parties as necessary to complete such billing operation.

Application Forms
Vendors who apply to provide products or services through justTESTtraining.com are required to provide certain personally identifiable information, including name, address, phone number, and social security number or Employer Identification Number. This information is necessary to process your application, properly account for payments billed through justTESTtraining and to contact you.

Social Security Numbers
We require your social security number or Employer Identification Number for required tax and governmental reporting purposes.

Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as zip code).

We may use this information to monitor site traffic, personalize the site and/or to send participants an email newsletter.

We may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests; that company will be prohibited from using our users' personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice.

Tell-A-Colleague
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend or colleague about our site, we will ask you for that person's name and email address. We will automatically send your colleague a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. justTESTtraining stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Customer Service
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the products and services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email for any customer service issues.

Profile
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third party sources to create a ’¡Èprofile’¡É of user preferences. We may tie your personally identifiable information and your transaction history to information in the profile in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the site for you.

As part of registration, a vendor may set up a profile describing your experience and qualifications. In order to respond to posted training, vendors must create a profile, and in order to create a profile, you will be required to provide some information about your company or business. If you decide to offer services, potential clients may review your profile to help them decide whether to select your services. Information in your profile is available for any other registered user to access. We will not have any obligation under this privacy policy with respect to information in your profile or information you voluntarily provide to other users through the site.

Supplementation of Information
In order to provide certain services to you, we may on occasion supplement the personal information you submitted to us with information from third party sources.

ID Verification We may use third party software to verify the contact information you supply when registering on the site.

Enhancement of Profile Information We may purchase marketing data from third parties and add it to our existing user database, to better target our advertising and to provide pertinent offers in which we think you would be interested. To enrich our profiles of individual users, we may tie this information to the personally identifiable information they have provided to us.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Project Proposals
If you use the project proposal area of this site, you should be aware that the information you submit there will be posted for vendors to view. The private and shared messaging areas of the site facilitate communication and the exchange and sharing of information between clients and vendors once a project has been awarded. The information contained in private message boards shared between clients and vendors is not used for any purposes other than to facilitate communication and the exchange of information between the parties involved. justTESTtraining reserves the right to monitor communications on the site in order to verify compliance with our Terms of Service, international, federal or state laws and/or our other stated policies.

Other Members
We share the email addresses of clients and vendors to each other once a project is awarded on our site to enable work on the project to be completed. In addition, users involved in a transaction may request full contact information of the other party, including name, company name, phone number and mailing address. If you request the contact information of another user, your contact information will also be released to that user. If another user requests your contact information, we will disclose it to him or her. You agree not to use the disclosed information of other users for any purpose other than providing the applicable products and services or resolving a dispute.

Legal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

Choice/Opt-out

For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our order form.

Log Files

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We may employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We may tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers' personally identifiable information.

We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients.
